Hello Point Beach Prep Families!
This week we met Miss E and her elephant! We learned how to sign “e” and “elephant.” We learned the sight word “end.” At our project table we made E elephants and elephant puppets. We also made elephant tracks at our small table. We read Elmer, The Saggy Baggy Elephant, and Clifford Takes a Trip. During music, we sang a special song about an echo (echo!) (echo!).
Thank you to Sound Solutions Speech and Language Therapy Services for coming this week to perform speech evaluations.
We are looking forward to our field trips to St. Gregory’s Pantry on Thursday and Friday. Thank you to everyone for your generous food donations. The children gained a good understanding of helping others!
Our Halloween Parades will be here at the school on our playground on October 30th and 31st at 11:30am. Everyone is invited to come and see! You will stand at the gate outside the playground as we parade around the inside. We cannot wait! We will be having Halloween parties those days. If you would like to send in something for the party, please see the sign- up sheet in the classroom.
What an exciting week! See you next week with Mr. F!
